Workmanship Guarantee

London Boilers Limited provides a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all installation works carried out directly by the Company.

What is Covered

The workmanship guarantee covers installation-related faults directly arising from works completed by London Boilers Limited, including pipework adjustments, boiler installation workmanship and associated installation components fitted by the Company.

What is Not Covered

The workmanship guarantee does not cover manufacturer defects, product failures, accidental damage, lack of servicing, system contamination, sludge-related issues, customer misuse, third-party interference or pre-existing faults within the heating system.

Manufacturer Responsibility

Any manufacturer warranty remains the responsibility of the relevant boiler manufacturer and is subject to their own terms, conditions and servicing requirements.

Claim Process

Any concerns relating to installation workmanship should be reported to London Boilers Limited as soon as reasonably possible. We will investigate and arrange inspection where appropriate.
